Comments : When we arrived late evening we were greeted with a friendly reception and given our keys. Our room was small and basic and in need of updating but clean, bathroom was in need of refurbishment, but OK. The apartments are set out very well and are in quite a pretty setting, the pool area was lovely with a nice pool bar, where you can eat as well. Everyone working there were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent with the apartments right on the sea front and a very good selection of tavernas. We thought the best beaches were as you come out turn right and follow the road past the lovely little church and just beyond are lovely beaches, and if you carry on walking some lovely places to eat. On the whole we had a very nice holiday and would recommend Gouves to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday.
